Helping the people we work with

We offer different services depending on the area. You can easily see what these are by visiting our teams’ page. Some of these services are:

• Target hardening
• Setting up dispersed accommodation
• Offering advice to deal with stalking
• Face-to-face counselling

In order to improve our service, we encourage feedback from our clients. All feedback is considered and incorporated into our learning and development. This was we ensure we offer the best possible help. We recently received some lovely feedback from a client who worked with Sophie, an outreach worker.

We’re sharing her message to encourage those who may be hesitant to ask for help to get it as soon as they are able.

From someone we work with

Sophie was amazing, from the very beginning. She came into my life at the worst time in mine and my children’s lives. She has helped me with so many different things. Including getting the legal support organised that I really needed. It was such a relief to see Sophie at my door last year. After Sophie left the first time I met her, I cried with relief that I was finally being listened to and supported. She has been excellent. Everyone was telling me I needed to do things but I get easily overwhelmed. Sophie helped me to break it down into manageable things to do. Thank you, Sophie, I wouldn’t be where I am now if it wasn’t for you. It’s really encourages us to know that the people we work with are able to help.
