Our teams

For each person we work with, we need to take the time to get to know you. In all areas our staff will meet with you in a safe place. For some, this will be at our office or in an agreed community building. This helps us to get to know you and talk about your experiences or your behaviours, and how we can help you. We ask to meet initially face to face, and then after that you and your worker will agree when and how you will meet, whether face to face or virtually ie by phone, app etc.

We will need to complete a few documents and that includes a risk assessment and then a fuller assessment, which does take a few sessions. However, this information helps us better understand what is happening and how to work together.

When you contact our teams, they will talk to you about how we will need to meet with you and when.
